Can I get a refund?

Yes — VIN Clarity does offer refunds in many cases, especially when the request is made in good faith. While we reserve the right to decline a refund, we strive to be fair and reasonable with all refund requests.

For example, if you accidentally signed up for a monthly membership or were charged without realizing it, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund. We understand that these things happen and always want to do right by our customers.

However, we may decline a refund if it’s clear that the service was used extensively and delivered value. A good example would be a customer who purchases and uses 100 reports, then asks for a refund. In that case, the service was clearly used as intended and provided meaningful benefit.
